  • You will find hydroalcoholic gel dispensers in the common areas.
  • Wherever possible, card payment is recommended.
  • The POS will be disinfected regularly

PROTOCOLS FOR OUR EMPLOYEES

  • All our staff are aware of the new health and safety guidelines.
  • Our staff will wear masks at all times
  • The team will check their body temperature on a daily basis
  • Maintain at least 1.5 m distance to any colleague
  • Regular monitoring of the state of health of the workers

PROTOCOLS IN OUR FACILITIES

  • All facilities are disinfected on a daily basis.
  • You will find dispensers of approved hydroalcoholic gel, which must be used in many areas of our establishments.
  • Protective screens in the customer service area.
  • Use of the lift is limited to one person or a maximum of 2 people sharing a room.
  • Room keys are disinfected before they are handed over.
  • Towels and bed linen are washed at high temperature.
  • Gel and masks are available to our guests.
  • Remote controls are disinfected daily.

CATERING PROTOCOLS

  • Food protocols have been adapted in terms of reception, storage, preparation and presentation of food.
  • Adequate seating and separation between tables to ensure a safe distance, as well as the determination of access, exit and circulations to minimise the crossing of people.
  • Provision of hydroalcoholic gel at the access to the restaurant areas, and the obligation for customers to wear a mask until they reach their assigned table.
  • Provision of adequate means of protection and use of masks by Hotel staff.
