- Use of the lift is limited to one person or a maximum of 2 people sharing a room.
- Room keys are disinfected before they are handed over.
- Towels and bed linen are washed at high temperature.
- Gel and masks are available to our guests.
- Remote controls are disinfected daily.

CATERING PROTOCOLS
- Food protocols have been adapted in terms of reception, storage, preparation and presentation of food.
- Adequate seating and separation between tables to ensure a safe distance, as well as the determination of access, exit and circulations to minimise the crossing of people.
- Provision of hydroalcoholic gel at the access to the restaurant areas, and the obligation for customers to wear a mask until they reach their assigned table.
- Provision of adequate means of protection and use of masks by Hotel staff.
